Upon full payment of all fees and expenses, and subject to any third-party rights, all final designs, photographs, videos, and other deliverables created by Stellar Multimedia Studio for the client as part of a project shall become the property of the client. Stellar Multimedia Studio retains the right to use the work product for its own promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
